OWNER & PRESIDENT
With over 40 years of experience in the electrical industry, Karl Harris is a Master Electrician who excels in various phases, from building client relationships to estimating and budgeting, contract negotiations, power and control design, troubleshooting, job cost analysis, project management, and supervising field support teams. As the Chairman of the Betterment of the Industry Committee, Executive Board Member of the Central Virginia Electrical Contractors Association, and former CVECA President, Karl actively contributes to the industry's growth. As a champion of the CVECA Apprenticeship program, he also supports the advancement of aspiring trade students.

James is a Master Electrician with a high-level training in low and medium voltage installations and terminations. He brings considerable expertise in estimating, project management, and supervision, handling both engineered and in-house design-build projects for commercial and industrial clients. Proficient in all levels of estimation software and job cost analysis, James ensures precision and efficiency in every project.
